How can I amend my order?Please note that you are unable to cancel or make amends to your order once it has been placed and paid.

Why is my tracking number show invalid on the courier website?We normally mail our package via SingPost. When a tracking number yields no results or shows up as invalid on the courier's website, it is most likely that the courier needs some time to key the item into their tracking system. Please wait for a day before checking again.

What if I do not receive my nametags?Pls contact us via email (namestags@stitchwerkz.sg) or Whatsapp. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery (ie: wrong address provided by you), you will be notified by us and a delivery fee will be charge again.

When is the delivery lead time?The delivery lead time is 6 weeks. (Including production)
